The wind and sudden downpour rain did not dampen the spirits of those who came out on Saturday, October 31 to participate in the Good Shepherd Clinic 5K Fun Run & Walk. The firs-time event raised over $8,000 for the Clinic from the contributions of participants and donors. The fun run & walk began with more than 60 participants, but when the rains hit came about five minutes after the start, only the hard-core competitors remained, led by overall winner Luis Monge of McDonough. The Clinic would like to thank the many supporters, participants, volunteers and donors for making the fun run a success.
